By uploading music to this website, you (“the Artist”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership and Rights
You affirm that you are the original creator or authorized representative of the content you upload. You retain full ownership of your music but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, promote, and offer the uploaded content for download or streaming on this platform.

Content Standards
All uploaded music is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission for any reason, including but not limited to content that is offensive, poor in quality, or violates copyright laws.

Licensing and Royalties
Once your song reaches the specified download threshold, you may become eligible for royalty payments. These royalties are based on our internal metrics and policies, which may be updated from time to time. Details will be made available in your artist dashboard or by direct communication. Songs can not be under distribution through any other service. Songs are going to be used for commercial purposes and therefore need to be royalty-free.

User Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any content you submit. You may not impersonate another artist or submit music that you do not have the rights to distribute.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this platform, its affiliates, and its administrators from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the music you upload or your violation of these terms.

By uploading music, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not upload any content.
